01Getting started

How do I install NDA CRM?

Install from the Shopify App Store and approve permissions. Orders and statuses sync automatically and your team can start working the queues right away.

Can I add agents?

Yes. Assign orders to agents, track who handled what, and split work across confirmation, follow-up and refusals.

02Using the dashboard

What are the main workflows?

Can I message customers from the dashboard?

Yes — WhatsApp and SMS can be sent from inside NDA CRM where you have connected the relevant provider.

03Billing

How much does it cost?

Pricing is shown on the listing and in-app, billed through Shopify.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Uninstall or cancel; it ends at the close of the current billing period.

04Data & privacy

What customer data does it use?

To contact customers about their orders, NDA CRM accesses order details and contact info (name, phone, shipping address). We never store card numbers. See our Privacy Policy.

Is customer data secure?

Yes — encrypted in transit and at rest, isolated per store, least-privilege access, with deletion on request and within 30 days of uninstall.
