01Getting started

How do I install NDA Profit?

Install it from the Shopify App Store. After approving permissions, the dashboard connects to your store and starts importing orders automatically.

How do I add product costs (COGS)?

Open the Suppliers / Costs section and enter a cost per product or variant — you can import them in bulk via CSV. Profit then applies them to every order automatically.

02Understanding the numbers

Why is my profit different from Shopify's?

Shopify reports revenue, not profit. NDA Profit subtracts product cost, shipping, fees, ad spend, taxes and returns to show real cash profit per order, product and campaign.

What is "break-even ROAS"?

The return on ad spend at which a campaign breaks even after all costs. Above it you profit, below it you lose. We calculate it per campaign.

03Billing

How much does it cost?

Pricing is shown on the listing and in-app, billed through Shopify on your Shopify invoice.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Uninstall or cancel the plan; it stops at the end of the current billing period.

04Data & privacy

What data does it access?

Orders, products and shop settings needed for analytics. We never store card numbers. See our Privacy Policy.

What happens if I uninstall?

Your store data is deleted within 30 days.
